About Pink Sherbet Designs
Hi, my name is Cheryl Wignall and I own and run Pink Sherbet Designs. After graduating with Honours in Graphic Design from the University of Gloucestershire, I spent many years in the greetings card industry designing cards for all types of occasions.
I always wanted to work for myself, so when the chance came to set up my own studio I jumped at it. I was inspired by a friend who was planning her wedding and really struggled to find stationery that fit in with the theme she had chosen for the occasion. She asked me to help. We chatted for a while about the sort of thing she was looking for, what she liked and didn't like etc, and I designed a set of wedding stationery that was unique to her and her husband-to-be. It occurred to me that other couples must find the same problem; that the "off the shelf" stationery packages available just aren't what they are looking for. In some cases it can be as simple as liking the designs but not the colours, in other, couples just can't find anything that suits them as individuals.
