WEDDING STATIONERY
Save the Date Cards
We recommend that you order your your save the date cards as soon as you have set your wedding date and booked your venue.
Invitations, RSVP and Guest Information Cards
We recommend that you send our your invitations, RSVP and guest information cards 3-4 months before your wedding allowing your guests plenty of time to RSVP and book accommodation/transport in advance. This also allows guests to take a look at your gift list.
You will need to order your invitations and stationery as soon as you can as we do get very busy and by placing an order this secures our stationery services for you. Your stationery turnaround time can be as fast as 3-4 weeks providing that you reply to all correspondence promptly. However, we recommend that you place your order no later than 5 months before you would like to receive it.
Once you have placed your order you we will contact you within 24 hours so that we can collect the details required for the personalisation of your stationery items.
Save the dates, invitations and RSVP cards can be ordered separately first as we are aware that is difficult to finalise the finer details without knowledge of number of guests attending. Order of service booklets, place cards, table numbers, menus, table plans, escort cards, wedding welcome sign, lottery ticket favour cards, charity donation favour cards, guest books can be ordered closer to your wedding day, however preferably no later than 6 weeks before to allow plenty of time for the proofing, approval, printing and delivery processes. If you require stationery items at short notice please contact us and we will confirm how we can assist.
All information/content (wording) for your stationery order will required at least 6 weeks before expected delivery date. All text must be supplied in Word doc, Excel or Email format (this includes guest names). We may not be able to fulfill your order if you do not supply us with this information in the format required when requested.
Minimum Wedding Stationery Orders
As the service we provide is so completely personalised there is a minimum order quantity of 15 for all items excluding for menus, table numbers, table plans, guest books, post boxes and wedding welcome signs. We may accept smaller order quantities of stationery items, but this is at our discretion and will incur an additional production charge - please contact us for a quotation.
