Order Samples
A maximum of 2 samples can be ordered per client.
Samples are charged at £3 for one and £4.50 for two.
The cost of samples will be refunded should you proceed to place an order with us.
To order samples online please select your required design and stationery items using the form at the bottom of this page and then click the 'Order/Buy' button to pay by credit or debit card. Accepted credit/debit cards are shown below.

We will then contact you by telephone to take payment via debit or credit card. Alternatively, payment can be made via cheque or BACS/internet banking (details available on request).
What's next? Once we have received your sample request we will email you to confirm receipt of your order. If you have not received our confirmation email within 24 hours please be sure to check your spam/junk mail folders.
When will I receive my samples? We aim to dispatch samples within 7 - 10 days, however as the studio is very busy throughout the year please allow a maximum of 14 working days to receive your samples.
Can samples be customised? Samples are provided for you to see the design and to feel the quality of our stationery first hand. Due to the high volume of sample requests we receive, we are unable to offer any customisation at this stage. However, should you be as impressed with your samples as we expect you will be, then we are happy to show you the design of your choice in your chosen colour scheme via email. Please contact us once you have received your samples to receive this free colour matching service.
*Please note, we will only refund the cost of two samples per client.
